BandVino Spike Your Wine offer you a beautifully functional product.
It's durable and helps prevent spills. If you have a busy home, our beverage spikes are perfect for you. They protect your drink from all the little accidents that happen around children, pets and an active family. If you like to relax and eat or read, our wine spikes enhance your experience. We have two passions here at BandVino - to create jobs in two depressed economies - Las Vegas, NV and Flint, Mi; and to use the proceeds from our company to fund Hannah's Ranch - a nonprofit which partners with other animal nonprofits and local veterinarians to provide a no-cage no-kill animal sanctuary. Our goal by the end of 2011 is to be able to house 150 cats, purchase a veterinary clinic on wheels to provide free spay/neuter clinics, participate in feral spay/neuter and release programs and homeless pet outreach, and to secure additional land to expand our sanctuary. BandVino is a business run by a core of animal lovers, who also love to Spike their Wine! Dillon and Dawn LaBonte are based in Las Vegas, NV and run the business end of BandVino and decorate, finish and ship the final product. They currently care for 21 rescue cats as well as Hannah and Frisco the dogs and a pond of rescue fish. Therese Blair assists with product decor and animal rescue and mans the BandVino booth at events. Deb Barber and Wayne Barber produce the wine spikes in Flint, Michigan. They both own rescue pets. Deb has her bachelor degree in music education and donates her time teaching kids the joy of music. Wayne has a lovely wife and three kids and tests all our products at the most rigorous family gatherings to make sure they go the distance.
