SHIPPING: Prices are based on the United States Postal Service shipping zones. We find the most cost effective and quickest way to ship. If you have a preference, we will gladly accommodate your request, however additional shipping/handling charges may apply. We reserve the right to change our shipping and return policy without notice.
CUSTOM ORDERED SPIKES: No refunds. We will work with you to create your dream Spike. Once the artwork is approved, payment is required and your custom Spike will be created and shipped to you. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to inspect your Spike for any manufacture defects. If you find that your Spike has a defect, please follow the instructions below for a return authorization number. We can not be responsible for returned product without an authorization number.
STOCK PRODUCT PURCHASE: Satisfaction is guaranteed. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please fill out the form below to receive an RMA #. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will issue a refund via PayPal, less shipping fees. It is your responsibility to package the product to assure safe return.

SPIKE CARE AND USE: ALL SPIKES ARE USED TO HOLD BEVERAGES, manufacturer is not responsible if used for ANY other purpose. All of the Spikes are made from wood and should be handled with care. They are sealed for moderate protection against the elements. Dropping can shatter and extensive outdoor exposure can damage them. Treat your Spike as you would any fine piece of wood furniture. Breaks from dropping or improper use are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Do not throw the Spikes, they are not a toy and it is highly recommended that children use with adult supervision. Misuse of the Spikes can cause harm.
